We are organising an attractive extra-curricular programme with excursions and evening entertainments to introduce you to the beauties and the traditions of the Salento area, the southern part of Apulia region, which includes the cities of Lecce, Gallipoli and Otranto:

| Sun 29 May | Visit to Otranto (morning) and Leuca (afternoon) and dinner in the restaurant "Le Bagnarole" accompanied by a degustation lecture. After dinner, typical regional dances: Pizzica and other folk music and dances |
| Mon 30 May | Free evening |
| Tue 31 May | Visit to Grecia Salentina |
| Wed 1 Jun | Panel session |
| Thu 2 Jun | Arrivederci evening with special dinner and music |
